Privacy & cookie choices
This website is operated for independent artist Johnny McAndrews. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Visiting this website
OpenAI Sites hosts this website, and Cloudflare provides domain and traffic services. These services may process technical information such as IP address, requested URL and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not require an account to browse.
Optional analytics and marketing
Analytics and marketing are off until you choose them in Cookie settings. Analytics uses Google Analytics to understand visits and clicks on music, shop and signup links. Marketing uses Google Ads, Meta and TikTok to measure campaigns. When marketing is enabled, events may be sent through Cloudflare services as well as the browser, using event identifiers to match the two reports. An outbound music click is a link click, not proof of a stream.
Our site no longer loads LeadPost visitor-identification code. We do not send newsletter email addresses to advertising tools through this website.
Your choices
Use to accept, reject or change optional tracking. We store your choice in your browser for up to six months. Essential storage remembers that choice. When you withdraw permission we stop site-controlled tracking and reload the page to stop already-loaded scripts. You can also clear site data in your browser.
Joining the email list
ActiveCampaign processes the email address and optional name you submit through the existing Johnny McAndrews subscription form. Its list and confirmation process are shared with the storefront. Check your inbox to confirm signup. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; use that link or contact us to request help. Analytics permission and newsletter signup are separate choices.
The embedded form is loaded when you request it, or when you open the signup page. It connects to ActiveCampaign to display and process the form. If the embed cannot load, use the hosted form.
Shopping and music services
The shop uses Shopify and its fulfillment and digital-delivery services to process purchases. Checkout, shipping, returns and store-specific privacy information are provided in the shop. We do not collect payment-card details on this artist website.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and social links take you to those providers. Their privacy practices apply when you visit. Music players are not automatically embedded on this website.
Requests and retention
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Subscriber information stays in the mailing service while needed to manage subscriptions; an unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained to respect your opt-out. Hosting, security, store and analytics providers have their own retention settings. We can help route requests to the relevant service.
